Why our prices are so low?
We offer our products and services at such low prices for two reasons.
First, we truly are a fan of small business. We understand just how hard it is to spend money on hiring a consultant, especially for those starting a new business. With having to get a business license, insurance, supplies, inventory and possibly having to hire employees, we know the last thing most entrepreneurs want to do is spend money on a consultant. Our prices and hourly fees reflect this understanding.
The second reason is all about sales and marketing. We know our competition is charging anywhere from $100 an hour to $175 an hour. We also know that most of our competition would prefer to have about fifty well paying clients who utilize their services at least every quarter. We on the other hand, are happy to charge only $75 an hour because we expect to serve hundreds of clients on a yearly basis. Everything we do, from the way we provide our services to the amount we charge our clients separate us from the competition. We are a small business that practices what we preach.
Business Plan & Marketing Plan
In our efforts to simplify the process for all our clients, we offer an easy payment system.
- Complete 3 year Business Plan. Total cost $2500: The first meeting and/or signing of the contract requires a $833 payment. When we complete half of the business plan, ( Marketing Analysis, Business Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Marketing Strategy and Sales Strategy) we require another $833 payment. Then upon completion, submission and final approval of business plan, we require the final $834 payment.
- 12-Month Marketing Plan. Total cost $1200: The first meeting and signing of the contract requires a $400 payment. When we complete half of the marketing plan, (Marketing Analysis, Business Analysis and Marketing Strategy) another $400 is required. Then upon completion, submission and final approval of marketing plan including 12-month marketing calendar and budget, we require the final $400 payment.
- 3-Hour Marketing Session & Workshop. Total cost $250: This 3-hour workshop will review your current marketing plan and make suggestions for improvement. Payment is due at the completion of the marketing session.
Direct Outside Sales Representation
We offer three types of sales assistance for our clients:
- One-on-One Sales Training. $75 per hour. This requires a minimum of four hours training. Using our hands on approach training method, we take sales reps or business owners and give them on the job training with one of our sales professionals. The specific selling skills we teach include, in-person cold calling, conducting effective presentations and customer-focused selling. We also teach our clients how to have discipline, stay focused & organized and most important how to remain motivated and positive when sales are down.
- Sales Training Seminar. Total cost $200. This is an intensive sales training workshop conducted at your place of business or location of your choice. The seminar is limited to 10 attendees. The focus of this sales training is limited to one or two specific selling skills. The goal of this seminar is usually to provide new and creative ways to prospect for new business or to provide new methods for conducting sales presentations.
- Direct Outside Sales Representation. Commission Only. To the best of our knowledge, there are only a handful of companies who can provide direct outside sales representation to small business owners. When hired, we will
- Assist in developing a marketing strategy using outside sales representation as its primary marketing weapon.
- Assist in developing a realistic 12-month sales projections based on using outside sales reps.
- We recruit, hire and manage professional outside sales associates.
- Responsible for meeting quarterly sales goals based on the 12-month sales projections created.

Consultation Services
These consulting services are for our clients who just need some immediate help with a specific sales or marketing question.
- 1-Hour Free Marketing Session. Our clients receive free advise, assistance and consulting via phone and email. Use this service to have us review sales letters, advertising material, email campaigns, business cards, newsletters and press releases. Clients receive 5 hours of free consulting every month. For all others we provide one free hour a month.
- Sales & Marketing Networking Workshop. Total cost $10. Combining the benefits of a business-networking event and a business seminar, we bring professionals and small business owners together to learn new sales and marketing strategies. This is a two-hour event held in Sacramento California. We provide valuable information presented in a fun and engaging format. Seating is limited to 20 people.
