COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING & BUSINESS PLANS
- Complete Business Plan. This service includes conducting a through research on your industry, competition and developing a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan. We also provide a complete analysis of your current business, and project where your business will be in the next 3 to 5 years. We include complete financials with estimates for the next 5 years. We normally meet with our clients an average of 6 times while we complete the various sections of the plan. The average time frame needed to complete your business plan is 2 to 4 months.
- Complete Marketing Plan. This service includes a detailed marketing plan over a 12-month period. (see Final marketing Plan PDF) We include a monthly marketing calendar and budget for 12 months. (see 12-mos Marketing Calender PDF) We do our marketing plans using a three step process. Step one requires our clients to fill out two separate questionnaires and go through an inverview with our marketing consultant. (see New Business Questionnaire & Marketing Analysis Questionnaire PDF). Then we take the informaton we generate from the interview and the answers submitted from our questionnaires and create our Stage 1 Marketing Plan. (see Stage 1 Marketing Plan PDF). Then we meet with our client to discuss this first draft and make revisions. Next we complete our Stage 2 Marketing Plan. (see Stage 2 Marketing Pan PDF). After that, we meet with our client again to review all details and make revisions if necessary. The final plan will include a marketing analysis, business analysis, competitive analysis, marketing plan, sales strategy and a 12-month calender of marketing events. The average time frame needed to complete your marketing plan is 4 weeks.
- Marketing Session & Workshop. This 3-hour workshop will review your current marketing plan and make suggestions for improvement. The advise we provide includes:
- We help determine which niche market is best for your business.
- What is your message? If you don't know, we help figure it out.
- We figure out what resources you need - such as mailing list, more contacts, more referral sources, marketing materials, etc.
- We analyze all your present marketing materials.
- We analyze your current website design, copy and how if flows with current branding, materials, functionality and possibly give additional resources for better services, updates.
DIRECT OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATION
- Sales Training. Using our exclusive hands-on approach, we will provide on-the-job sales training. We will teach fundamental selling skills one-on-one, focusing specific training issues that affect your business most.
- Sales Training Seminar. This 2-hour seminar is conducted at your place of business or location of your choice. Training includes basic selling skills, the finer points of excellence in service and much more. Due to the intensive nature of this seminar, seating is limited to a maximum of 10 attendees.
- Direct Outside Sales Representation. Our job is to increase your sales on a monthly basis. Using phone, email and in-person presentations, we go out and demonstrate the benefits and features of your products and services to a specific target market. We are hired to handle all or part of the sales process. For example, we may be required to first do the prospecting, make the sale, get the contract signed and collect payment. Alternatively, we simply make the initial sales presentation and when the prospect is ready to move forward with the sale, our client is brought into the picture to arrange the sale and collect payment. We may also be required to handle customer service details regarding your customers, especially those customers generated by us.
CONSULTATION SERVICES
- 1-Hour Free Marketing Session. Our clients receive free advise, assistance and consulting via phone and email. Use this service to have us review sales letters, advertising material, email campaigns, business cards, newsletters and press releases and much more.
- Sales & Marketing Networking Workshop. Combining the benefits of a business networking event and a business seminar, we bring professionals and small business owners together to learn new sales and marketing strategies. This is a two-hour event held in Sacramento California. We provide valuable information presented in a fun and engaging format. Seating is limited to 20 people.
